Operation will not be resumed.

A Possession Only License was issued on October 23, 1992, which will become ef fective when the NRC is notified that all. fuel has been offloaded from the core.

It-is anticipated that the reactor will be defueled in mid-March.

Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications are in the process of being developed.
