ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENT 112, REVISION 1 By letter dated April 26, 1985, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District revised its Operating License DPR-54 by submitting Proposed Amendment 112, Revision 1.
Per the request of Syd Miner, Rancho Seco's Project Manager, the District is submitting a copy of the Spent Fuel Cooling System Operating Procedure to aid the Commission in its review process.
This Proposed Amendment 112, Revision 1 involved adding a Limiting Condi-tion for operation for the Spent Fuel Pool.
Specifically, the coolant level of the Spent Fuel Pool will be continuously monitored so that if the level falls at or below the Low-Low Level alarm of 37 feet 6 inches, and the Spent Fuel Pool cooling system becomes inoperable, one train of the Decay Heat Removal System will be put into service.
Should you require any further information or have any questions with re-gard to the Spent Fuel Pool Limiting Condition for Operation, please contact W. Colombo at Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1.
