REQUEST FOR COMMENT AND CONCURRENCE ON THE FINAL RULE, "10 CFR PART 20: DISPOSAL OF WASTE BY INCINERATION" In response to your subject memorandum, the Information anc Records Management Branch (IRMB) provides the following:
X The Paperwork Reduction Act Statement (PRAS) it correct.
Change the PRAS to statement number of the " Revised Paperwork Reduction Act Statements for Specific Situations."
N/A The "Information Collection Requirements: OMB Approval" section is correct.
Add / Change the "Information Collection Requirements: OMB Approval" section.
Do not publish the " Federal Register Notice" until further notice.
