FINAL RULE TO ALLOW ONSITE INCINERATION OF SLIGitTL1' CONTAMINATED WASTE OIL AT NUCLEAR POWER REACTORS As requested in your memorandum of December 15, 1989. " Office Concurrence Request: Final Rule to Allow Onsite Incineration of Slightly Contaminated Wasts Oil at Nuclear Power Plants," NRR has reviewed the final rule for concurrence.
NRR concurs in the final rule providin of waste oil" is added to 20.305(b)(3)gafter that the the phase word " "regarding provision . incineration This addition is necessary to ensure that operational flexibility)is retained for" total radioact technical specifications for instantaneous release rates.
