PROPOSED MINOR RULEMAKING TO MODIFY OPERATING POWER REACTOR EVENT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS -
10 CFR 50.72 AND 50.73 Thank you for the opportunity to review the subject draft rulemaking.
We have no substantive comments on the proposed documents.
However, wo recommend that when guidance is issued on implementation of the new rule that appropriate examples be provided to guide licensees and inspectors on application of the requirements.
