DAILY HIGHLIGHT Linerick With regard to the current suspension of construction of the Point Pleasant Diversion Project being built to supply supplemental cooling water for the Limerick facility, the licensee, Philadelphia Electric Company has informed the NRC Licensing staff that at midday January 3, 1985, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Judge Garb ruled in favor the licensee and has ordered irmediate resumption of construction activities on this project.
