Dear Mr. Sugaman:
This is in partial response to your letter dated February 11, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infomation Act (F0IA), all documents, created or referred to since January 1, 1984, relating to a plan by Philadelphia Electric Company to seek supplemental cooling water from the Delaware River Basin Commission.
The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix B are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in folder F01A-85-103 under your name. We have deleted certain information in document six which is outside the scope of your request.
The NRC has not completed its search for and review of any remaining documents which may be subject to your request. We will respond again as soon as search and review are completed.
