1 The District felt that this request was a follow-up to a previous request which resulted in a temporary exemption and that the fee had been previously paid.

Conversations with Mr. Sydney Miner have indicated that this will be treated as a separate request and that a separate fee is required.

Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 170, an application fee of $150 is enclosed for the District exemption request dated April 12, 1985.
