TV Electric evaluated the recommendations of the Generic Safety Evaluation Report for Transamerica Delaval, Inc. Diesel Generators, HUREG-1216 and provided the response for the Design Review /0uality Revalidation (DR/OR)
Phase 11 program for CPSES Unit 2 in TXX-91336, dated December 19, 1991 (See Reference 1) and TXX 92299, dated July 1,1992 (See Reference 2).
The NRC staff completed their review of OR/0R Phase 11-for CPSES Units 1 & 2 during their site visits in October and November 1992.
The purpose of this letter is to provide the status of the open action items for the DR/0R Phase'll activities for CPSES. Unit 1 and 2 (See Attachments 1 and 2) at the conclusion of these site visits.
All the open action items for the Phase 11 DR/0R activities as described in Attachments 1 and 2 will be completed before the end of the first refueling outage of CPSES Unit 2.
