Monthly Report for Braidwood Unit 1 i
A.
SMM Ary of OpR nting Exp1rience Braidwood Unit 1 entered the month of November, 1992 shutdown in its third refueling outage.
The Unit returned to service on November 3.
On November 20, the Unit was shutdown to perform balancing of the main turbine and for testing and inspection of the main generator cooling system.
The unit returned to service on November 25 and proceeded with post-refueling outage testing through ths end of the month, i

92-007 TB FU A potential transformer secondary fuse mechanically failed which caused the generator neutral ground backup relay to actuate resulting in a turbine trip and a reactor trip. The fuse was replaced with a more durable fuse prior to Unit restart.
