FINAL RULE (57 FR 32691-32721) 7/23/92 We have proofed the subject Federal Reaister Notice and listed below are items to be corrected:
- 1. p. 32694, third column, sixth line of the first full paragraph, the number 1 should be deleted before the words "UF, conversion".
- 2. p.- 32701, Table IV, the sumary showing the amount to be recovered from operating power reactors should appear in tabular form imediately following the table. The Federal Reaister has placed the sumary in note form between footnotes 1 and 2 of the table.
The sumary should appear in the same tabular format as that shown for -Tables VI (p. 32704) and Table VII (p. 32705).
- 3. p. 32703, Table V, the annual fee -for item 27, Peach Bottom 3 should read $2,810,000 -- the letter 0 appears as the second zero of the fee.
- 4. p. 32704, Table VI, the program support total of $2,154 and the FTE total of 53.4 should appear in the third and fourth columns respectively of the table rather than in the first and second columns.
- 5. p. 32715, fee Category 3C, the word "radiopharmaceuticals" in the second line should be one word rather than two words.
Enclosed is a marked up copy of the changes to the regulations.
