FINAL RULE: 100 PERCENT FEE REC 0VERY~-- FY 1992 i

On July 23, 1992, the NRC published the final rulemaking which amended the fee schedules in 10 CFR Parts 170 and 171. The final rule will become effective August 24, 1992. Copies of the final rule have-been sent to-all NRC licensees as well as branch chiefs and above at headquarters and the regional offices.

We are sending, under separate cover, an additional 300 copies'of the Final Notice which was mailed to all licensees for your information and use.
