Dear Mr. Smokovich:
Enclosed is a copy of the final revisions to the NRC's-fee ~ schedules for FY 1992. The revisions are necessary to-implement Public Law 101-508 passed by Congress on November 5, 1990, which requires the NRC to recover approximately 100 percent of the budget authority through fees. The final rule was published in the Federal Reaister on July 23, 1992. It will become effective on-August 24, 1992.
