M 1STRATIVE CONTROLS 6.2.) $HIFT TECHNICAL ADVISOR 6.2.3.1 The Shift Technical Advisor shall previde advisory technical support to the Senior Nuclear Shif t Supervisor in the areas of thernal hydraulics, enctor engineering, and plant analysis with regard to safe operation of the unit The Shift Technical tdvisor shall have a bachelor's degree or equivalent ta a scientific or engineering discipline and shall have received specific trefning in the response and analysis of the unit for transients and accidents, arid in unit design at.d layout, including the capabilities of instrumentation ans controls in the control room.
