NARRATIVE
SUMMARY
MONTH: September 1992 Catawba Unit 1 began the month of September in end-of-cycle 6 refuelis.g outage. The unit was originally scheduled to return to service on 9/91.
The oc ;a was extended by 8 days due to. additional steam generator maintenance, and extended through the end-of the month for reactor coolant system leakage at a conoseal at the reactor vessel head and for reactor coolant pump seal problems. The unit ended the month in the-
