BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FOR VIOLATION 50-438/84-01 FAILURE TO PREVENT PRACTICES THAT CAUSE DE7ERIORATION OF AN ELECTRICAL PANEL COMPONENT TVA responded to R. C. Lewis' letter &ted February 17, 1984, repor t numbers 50-438/84-01 and 50-439/84-01, concerning activities at the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant which appeared to have been in violation of NRC regulations by letter &ted March 14 , 1984. This was followed by our supplemental reports dated September 12 and October 30, 1984. Please rote that in our October 30, 1984 letter TVA inadvertently neglected to state that the relevant Quality Control Procedures would be issued by December 12, 198 4. Please revise your reccrds accordingly.
