The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on December 22, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 1686. This was followed by our interim reports dated January 20, April 15, June 28, August 24, and November 1,1982 and January 10, 1983, our final report dated April 13, 1983 and our supplemental m ports i ^

dated December 22, 1983 and February 1 and September 25, 1984. Below is our fourth supplemental report. We' consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.

As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector S. Weise on December 14, 1984, the -

date of December 31, 1984 for completion of corrective actions indicated-in our final mport on this matter would not be net.. The replacement material referenced in our third supplemental report will not be sent by Borg Warner until January 1985. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by April 1, 1985.
