This is to confirm the January 31, 1985 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the January 4, 1985 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the accessory
. drive assembly bracket for Diesel Engine 1A-SA supplied with a lockwasher instead of a locking clip on the lower capscrew, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
