This is to confirm the February 1,1985 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the January 4,1985 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the specification for motor operated valees located in the main steam tunnel not requiring qualification to the environmental qualification requirements as stated in the 'FSAR, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
