This is to confirm the January 17, 1985 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the December 20, 1984 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the weld deficiencies identified during receipt inspection of hydrogen analyzer cabinets, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
