On 10/20/84 at approximately 1319 CST, HPCI was manually initiated to restore reactor water level following a

low reactor water level transient.

The low reactor water level transient resulted after Unit 2 was manually scrammed and the main steam line isolation valves were closed to repair a leak on a reactor feed pump seal water return line.

As of the date of this report, there have been twenty-six incidents with HPCI injection into the reactor vessel.
