APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesno Light company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be amended to modify BV-1 Tabic 3.3-5, revise BV-1 Tabic 3.6-1, revise Specification 3.9.4.a and delete Tuble 3.6-1 for both units.
The proposed technical specification changes are not forth in Attachmonts-A to this Application.
A Safety Analysis and no significant hazard ovaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacomcat pagos for the technical specifications are included in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changos have boon datormined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to those oporating licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
