Enclosed are the following:
1.
An application for amendment to the above licenses to modify BV-1 Table 3.3-5, concerning foodwater isolation time and correcting errors; reviso BV-1 Tablo 3.6-1 applicable valvo stroko times to less than 60 seconds, add radiation monitor containment isolation
- valves, and add note (1) to instrument air containment isolation valves; dolote Table 3.6-1 for both units in accordance with Generic Lottor 91-08.
In addition, Specification 3.9.4.a, for both units, includes an administrative change by replacing " door" with " hatch".

Documents designated Attachment A, B,
C, D and E which set forth respectively, the change in the technical specifications, the safety analysin (including the no significant hazards evaluation),
the typed replacement technical specification pages, a
description of the isolation valve
- changes, and the UFSAR changes.
This change has been reviewed by the Onsite Safety Committee and Offsite Review Committee and was determined to be safe based on the attached safety analysis.
