Dear Mr. Starostecki:
In our letter of June 29, 1984, we submitted a final report in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e) on a problem concerning actuators furnished by G.
H.
Bettis
(#84-00-02).
As part of the corrective action, we comitted to replace seals and use Dow Corning Molykote 44 lubricant.
We would like to amend the corrective action to allow the performance of actuator stroke time tests in accordance wi th the G.
H.
Bettis' recomendation.
Any actuators that fail the test will be modified as originally stated. Corrective action should be completed by June 28, 1985.
