Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This letter provides an updated schedule for completion of the subject Bulletins.
Carolina Power and Light Company's Februery 15, 1984 letter discussed that if the scope of the subject project changed, the NRC would be notified of necessary changes in the projected schedule. Due to an increase in scope of the project following a thorough third party review (Task 9 in February 15, 1984 letter),
the projected completion of inspection, "as-built" documentation, procedure changes, and modification identification is scheduled for October 30, 1984.
Any modifications identified effecting system operability will be completed by the end of.the on-going Steam Generator Replacement Outage.
The results of the third party review which increased the scope of the subject project and CP&L's program to resolve the subject Bulletins have been discussed with a member of your staff.
