Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for Amendment to our Operating License No. DPR-66 to revise our previous submittal to address the NRC comments identified by letter dated March 13, 1984.
2.
Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Specifications and its safety evaluation.
We have determined that an application fee is not required since this is a revision to an existing submittal for which a license fee was remitted.
