Forty (40) copies of docuinents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the requested change in Technical Speci-fication and its safety evaluation.
We have detennined this to be a Class II change request, and a check for $1,200 will be submitted under separate cover in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.

APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Regulatory Commission (the " Commission")gulations of the U. S. Nuclear Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the re
, Duquesne Light Company ("DLC"),
holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended to incorporate various administrative changes.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A to this Application. A safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any changes in the authorized power level of the facility.
The revisions involve admin-istrative changes and is in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Provi-sional Operating License No. DPR-66 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
