These specifications invoke the 1977 Edition through Summer 1979 Addenda of the ASME III Code except for 2BvS-977 wh ich invokes the 1971 Edition through Winter 1972 Addenda of the ASME III Code. The procurement date for items covered by these specifications is 1981 or later. NCA-ll40(a)(1) of the 1980 Edition of ASME III states, in part ,
