This is to confirm the May 25, 1984 telephone conversation between Mr. K. V. Hate' (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin (NRC).
Mr. Hardin was informed that the April 27, 1984 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the potential clogging of the containment stunps due to failure of the polyurethane coating on the flexible conduit for the Mercury Instrtnent Racks, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
