This is to confirm the May-23, 1984 telephone conversation between Mr.-K. V. Hate' (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin (NRC).
Mr. Hardin was informed that the April 27, 1984 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the location of the rebar in the block walls not being as specified by the design requirements, has_been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
