- = BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO VIOLATION 50-439/84-05 FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROCEDURE F0a EVALUATING REVISED DESIGN DRAWINGS In response to R. C. Lewis' letter to H. G. Parris dated March 20, 198 4, TVA submitted a resolution in a letter dated April 18, 1984. In order to

. clarify item 4 (Corrective Steps Taken to Avoid Further Violations) of our response to the subject violation, TVA does not intend to remove the requirements in BNP-QCP-10.6 regarding the invalidation of QC documenta-tion. Although BNP-QCP-10.6 will not be used for revised drawing changes, it will be used for all other rework. All other corrective steps discussed in our responses are being implemented.
