BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - FRONT COVERS SEPARATED FROM BAILEY METER MODULES - BLRD-50-438/83-52, BLRD-50-439/83 THIRD INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Linda Watson on October 4,1983 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 2454. This was followed by our interim reports dated November 1,1983 and January 25, 1984. Below is our third interim report. We expect to submit our next report by November 21, 1984. We consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
TVA has myiewed Babcock & Wilcox's (B&W) recommended disposition and has found that there are still concerns which must be satisfactorily resolved before the NCR can be dispositioned. TVA will provide a final report to the NRC upon resolution of these concerns.
