1. Determine the nature of emergency from the interim Emergency Evaluations anc

, Recovery Coordinator (STA).

CAUTION: Prior to transferring the TSC oower supply to the vital bus verify that there is sufficient capacity on the 1-3 diesel generator if tne "F" vital bus is being powered by the emergency diesel generator.

2. If necessary, request the Control Room to switch the TSC from non-vital to vital power (specify Unit 1 or Unit 2). The switches are located in ne Uni- 1 480V switch gear room (Panels EPTSN and EPTSC).

l 3. Assign data peccessors to activate the NOCS (harris) computer system accorcing to Procedure EP EF-7, to monitor the SPOS and to develop and interpret plant data for Transmission offsite.

4 Provide the SEC, in consultation with the ERA any recommendations for appropriate response actions; and on-site and offsite recommendations for protective actions.

5. Keep the SEC and the ERA informed of plant equipment and monitoring persennel status and the evaluations and recommendations regarding plant operations.

6. Assign personnel to monitor the ventilation system and perform any manual actions needed. See Appendix DC69-11112-7.

7. Maintain a log of significant communications and decisions.
