-1 The unit was taken off-line at 0022 on March 11,1995, for the tenth

- refueling outage.

The following major saftey related maintenance was performed during the j month: l L-

.l. The reactor was defueled. Visual inspection of the fuel assemblies during the off-load identified one fuel assembly with minor grid

damage. Additional fuel inspections have been conducted and a core reload redesign has been initiated.
