REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION I

ACTION: (Continued) d.

With three PORVs inoperable and not capable of being manually cycled, 1) within i hour:

a) restore at least one PORV to OPERABLE status or to a condition where it is capable of being manually cycled *M Ad b) close and remove power from the block valves for any PORVs ramaining inoperable and not capable of being manually cycled and 2) within the next72 houn:

a) restore a minimum of two PORVs to OPERABLE status or b) restore a mmimum of two PORVs to a condition where they can be manually cycled *;
