Evaluate generic aspects of Nine Mile Point RCS piping cracks. Recommend revisions to ISI program or NUREG-0313, as appropriate. (IE) (E8QA) 2.
Consider / issue generic correspondence on this event. This may_ include Bulletin, Circular, or Infonnation Notice and board notifications. (IE) (E&QA) 3.
Designate Lead Engineer to coordinate generic correspondence, meetings and reports. (W.J. Collins)
