June 01, 1995 0931 Unit entered Mode 1.

1239 Unit placed on-line. Commenced ramp-up to 30%

power.

1323 Unit stable at 30% power, 231 MWe.

June 03, 1995 0940 Commenced unit ramp-up following release from Chemistry hold. Unit at 30% power, 231 MWe.

1445 Unit stable at 50% power. Suspended unit ramp-up due to high sulfate concentrations in Steam Generators.

June 1, 1995 0339 Chemistry hold cleared. Commenced unit ramp-up.

1010 Unit stable at 74.5% power, 707 MWe for Chemistry hold.

June 05, 1995 1048 Cleared Chemistry hold. Commenced unit ramp-up. Unit at 75% power, 718 MWe, 1228 Suspended unit ramp-up due to Chemistry Action Level I on sodium in "A" and "C" Steam Generators. Unit at 81.5% power, 779 MWe.

1343 Cleared Action Level for Steam Generator chemistry. Commenced unit ramp-up.

1601 Unit stable at 88% power (nuclear instrumentation) and 100% power (delta temperature).

June 06, 1995 0155 Commenced unit ramp-up following nuclear instrumentation calibration and adjustment.

Unit at 88.3% power, 843 MWe.

1435 Commenced unit ramp-down due to decreasing Main Condenser vacuum.

1512 Unit stable at 84 % ' power, 782 MWe. Main Condenser vacuum returning to normal.

1800 Chemistry hold cleared. All secondary-parameters within specifications. Commence condenser waterbox leakage testing.

June 09, 1995 1645 Commence power increase after waterbox maintenance.

June 10, 1995 0023 Unit stable at 100% power, 948 MWe.

June 27, 1995 1228 Commenced ramping unit off-line due to failure of "B" Solid State Protection PT (action of T.

S. 3.3.1.1 and 3.3.2.1). ,

1 1413 Unit ramp-down secured at 33% power, 266 MWe, 1416 "B" Train of Solid State Protection declared l operable. l l

1438 Commenced unit ramp-up to 100% power. Unit at 34.5% power, 270 MWe. ,

1743 Stopped unit ramp-up for calorimetric calibration of nuclear instrumentation. Unit at 90% power, 857 MWe.
