Dear Mr. O'Neill:

Sometime in October, 1968, there was an accident at the nuclear plant on Lake Robinson near Hartsville, South Carolina, when a steel tower fell resulting in the death of Mr. Earl Berry.

Sometime later they had an explosion which resulted in a severe injury and burns to a number of employees.

It is my understanding that both these accidents were investigated by a special team from the Atomic Energy Commission in Washington.

If it is possible, I shall appreciate securing a copy of the detailed investigation of these incidents.
