The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.

2-203-1C, 2-203-10, 2-203-20 exceeded leak rate limitations:
2-203-1A, 2-203-1B, 2-203-2C Due to water leaking through tv.o of the leaking inboard MSIV'S, an accurate numerical leak rate value could not be determined for 2-203-2A and 2-203-28.
In accordance with our previous reporting agreement of April 4, 1974, this notification also fulfills the Ten Day Reporting Requirement of Technical Specification 6.6.B l.B.
Details of repairs necessary to correct these deficiencies will be reported at a later date when the work is complete.
This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. Feierabend of your of fice on December 30, 1974 Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occurrence Report A0 50-265/74-32.
