Dear Mr. Collins:
Attached are the Fort St. Vrain PCRV tendon system relaxation curves containing the
" minimum design" lines as requested by Mr. Harold Polk.
The minimum design values for each general classification of PCRV tendons was verbally transmitted by Milt McBride to Messrs. Jim Miller, Dick Ireland, Phil Wagner and Harold Polk during a telephone conversation on May 3, 1984.
The purpose of this letter is to formally submit the information discussed in the May 3, 1984 telephone conversation.
If I can be of further assistance or if additional information regarding the tendon relaxation curves is required, please let me know.
Very truly yours, W A'ht.u v
