Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This is to confirm the April 13, 1984 telephone conversation between Mr. K. V. Hate' (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin (NRC).
Mr. Hardin was informed that the March 14, 1984 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the conflict between the pipe wall thickness specified on the Ebasco stress isometrics and that shown on the piping line list to which mcterial is manufactured / installed, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
