The subject inspection was completed on December 12, 1975, in t
accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8, 1973.

The inspection showed that all but two of the hydraulic restraints k
inspected were in satisfactory condition.
One restraint located on the pressurizer relief line and one located on a feedwater line had less than the minimum acceptable fluid level.
They were replaced with spare units.

All safety related hydraulic pipe restraints located outside containment were in satisfactory condition.

TURKEY POINT UNIT 4 DOCKET NO. 50-251 INSPECTION OF SAFETY RELATED IIYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS LOCATED OUTSIDE CONTAINMENT The subject inspection was completed on October 24, 1975, in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8, 1973.
The inspection showed that all but one of fifteen restraints inspected were in satisfactory condition.
One restraint located on a 30 inch Main Steam line had less than the minimum acceptable fluid level and was replaced with a spare unit.
