TURKEY POINT UNIT 4 DOCKET NO. 50-251 INSPECTION OF SAFETY RELATED HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS LOCATED OUTSIDE CONTAINMENT The subject inspection was completed on October 24, 1975, in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8,
1973.
The inspection showed that all but one of fifteen restraints inspected were in satisfactory condition.
One restraint located on a 30 inch Main Steam line had less than the minimum acceptable fluid level and was replaced with a spare unit.
