Reference:
- 1) Letter e78-75 from B. B. Stephenson to J. G. Keppler dated February 6, 1975 As a result of an inquiry into the actual location of the dye penetrant indications versus the weeper on Core Spray nozzle "B", the. drawings were reviewed for their accuracy. It appecra that the proper location of the indications are in error.
In addition, on "A" Core Spray Nozzle drawing, the clockwise location of the visible weeper was also revised to reflect previously reported infonnation.
Attached are drawings of "A" & "B" 10 inch Core Spray nozzles with appropriate chenges made.
Additional information concerning the metallographic analysis of these safo end/ dutchmen sections will be submitted to the cc::: mission once it is officially received by the station.
