Local and integrated Leak Ratt Test Results at Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Station Enclosed are the leak rate test results requested by you from M. Flasch via telephone on November 17, 1976.

The enclosed attachments are taken directly from Integrated Primary Contain-ment Leak Rate Test reports performed on Units One and Two during 1976.

Local leak rate test results are given for each test performed since the pre-operational iLRT.

In addition, the ILRT results are as follows:

',r APPENDIX A TYPE B AND T'/PE C TESTS Presented herein are the results of local leak rate tests conducted on all testable penetrations, gasketed seals, doors and isolation valves since immediately preceding the pre-operational li.RT in 1971.

All isolatiori valves with leakage in excess of the individual valve Icakage limit were restored to an acceptable leak tightness prior to the resumption of power operation.

Total leakage for double gasketed seals and total leakage for all other pene-trations and isolation valves following repairs satisfied the Technical Specification limits.

These.results are listed in Table A-1.

APPENDIX A TYPE B AND TfFE C TESTS Presented herein are the results of local leak rate tests conducted on all testable penetrations, gasketed seals, doors and isolation valves since imediately preceding the Unit Two pre-operational lLRT in 1971.

All isolation valves with leakage in excess of the individual valve leakage limit were restored to an acceptable leak tightness prior to the resumption of power operation.

Total leakage for double-gasketed seals and total leakage for all other penetrations and isolation valves following repairs satisfied the Technical Specification limits. These results are listed in Table A-1.
