i Your letter dated September 6,1967, informed the ('emnission that title to The Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Research laboratory is being transfarred to the Ccumonwealth of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, the Conm:msalth of -
I Pennsylvania, acting through its Dep6uscit of Forests and Waters, and the Nuclear Materials and Equipnent Corporation filed a joint application to take title to and to possess, but not to operate, the facility, respectively.
The Cccmission has found that the transfer is in accordance with the pn>-
visions of the Atmic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and has given its l
consent pursuant to the previsions of Section 50.80 of 10 CFR Part 50.
