Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 95 By letter dated March 13, 1981, you were provided with our conceptual design for a new overhead core spray sparger. Proposed technical specification changes 1.are provided as part of that submittal. Based upon our recent inspection of the original core spray sparger, you had issued Amendment #70 to the Oyster Creek license. This Amendment deletes the requirement for replacing the core spray sparger during the current refueling outage.
As a result of Amendment #70, your review and approval of Technical Specification Change Request No. 95 is no longer required. Therefore, please cancel our Technical Specification Change Request No. 95 dated March 31, 1981.
Since this proposed technical specification change was not posted in the Federal Register in accordance with 10CFR50.91 and to our knowledge your staff has not yet reviewed our submittal, please refund our license amendment fee of $12,300.00.
