Enclosed with this letter is Revision 7 of the SAR, complete with all reference appendices and with updated descriptive drawings. This revision of the SAR has been formatted to comply with the recommended guidance in NUREG 1886 (Final-March 2009). Changes from Revision 6 to Revision 7 of the SAR
