Dear Ms. Akhavannik:

The following is provided in response to the conference call between QSA Global, Inc. and your office on 23 June 2015. In that call, it was agreed that QSA would send in revised drawings to clarify the applicability of AWS D17.2/D17.2M as it relates to welds referenced on the Model 650L package. Enclosed is revision N to drawing R65006 which makes this clarification. In addition, we have made some other minor changes to the drawing for clarity at this time. None of these changes is reportable under 10 CFTR 71.95. All changes to drawing R65006 from Revision M to Revision N are described in the following table:
