Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This is to confirm the September 9, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. K. V. Hate' and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the August 15, 1983 potentially reportable item, pertaining to pipe hanger 1-FP-H-870 not being fabricated by Bergen-Paterson in accordance with the design drawing, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
